Fries
BAKED SPICY FRIES
6 medium baking potatoes
1 tbl. olive oil
1 tbl. paprika
3 tsps. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1. Cut potatoes into wedges or slices and lightly spray a baking
sheet with fat-free oil.
2. Place potato wedges or slices in a plastic bag with spices and
half of the oil, then toss to cover all.
3. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes turning and brushing often with
the remaining oil.
4. Broil about 5 minutes turning after 3 minutes.
